Organizations also referred to as “tribes”, consist of 20 to 150 people.  In this context, an organization is the end of the biologically provided for abilities innate in all humans.  It is the natural critical mass that humans survived against other similar species in the wild.  This is the size of group humans must have to survive without the construct of society.

Organizational evolution begins with the individual, highly capable leader working independently.  They are highly creative organizations adapting to market changes instantly.  As the organization grows, so do the requirements of the management sills of the leaders, and the way the organization can optimize for performance.  For a complete look at the Organization chart, see Appendix C.
